1. Be the authoritative voice for play

Objectives

1.1: To advocate for awareness about value of play;

Outcome: The knowledge, conditions and actions unpinning policy will be better informed about the importance of resourcing and planning for play this will result in improved outcomes for children and young people

1.2: To Build our Evidence based on practice and experience;

Outcome: The knowledge base for play will be enhanced this will inform better planning, improved service delivery. Evidence will shape and inform policy decisions and spend.

1.3: To Strengthen Interdisciplinary communication about play;

Outcome: Play Bangladesh is a platform within the country that aims to establish play, as a right of every child among the national and international agencies, institutions and professionals (Educators, Doctors, Landscape architects, nutritionist, policy makers, or even single parent)

2. Promote quality in play and play work practice

Objectives

• 2.1: To develop and deliver an exclusive framework suitable for various (Urban and rural, Coastal and hill tracts) contexts;

Outcome: Improved play practice and quality play experiences for children all around the country.

• 2.2: To promote and develop the play work workforce;

Outcome: Professional recognition for play work across the children’s sector.

Carry out research into the use of playgrounds and their value.

Promote designs inclusive of playgrounds.

Encourage to research on better planning, design and development of play opportunities.

Conservation of native play and play materials and to promote innovation of play.

• 2.3: To Deliver age appropriate Play Work;

Outcome:

Improved play practice and better opportunities for children.

Preschool readiness program at an early age – Learning through Play.

Explore the Play based learning curriculum according to age for pre primary and primary education.

• 2.4 To prepare a framework among the indigenous community and children in Bangladesh as a cross-cultural play activity.

Outcome: Connecting the children grown up in variety of indigenous cultures and values of our country through play, to make single national value.

3. Increase and improve opportunities for Play

Objectives

• 3.1: Work with Govt non Govt stakeholders, Schools and Childcare centers to develop strategies and implement better play environment and opportunities

Outcome: Better Play experiences and opportunities for all minors, in particular, children with Differently abilities or additional needs.

• 3.2: Develop strategic alliances, collaborations and new partners to extend our reach of help in sectors such as Autism, ADHD, Differently**;Outcome:**Play Bangladesh will achieve cross sectoral perception and investment in play.
• 3.3: Enhance cross boarder profile to share scholarship and build up new relationships and partnerships;

Outcome: Increased profile for Play Bangladesh and greater chances for sport in Bangladesh.

Exchanging knowledge can make a bridge of friendship among the children of countries through of play.

Children to children relations can make an inter cultural relation through play.

4.Play Bangladesh organizational growth

Objectives

• 4.1: Advance Play Bangladesh’s economic growth;

Outcome: Play Bangladesh will be strong, confident and fit-for-purpose organization with strengthened profile and contact.  / Economic sustainability and stability will give us more strength to fulfill our mission and increase the scope of our working and thus we can help more people.

• 4.2: Develop Play Bangladesh’s competence and capacity:

Outcome: While competing with its competitors Play Bangladesh will be more goal oriented and fulfilling of its objectives thus gradually achieving its vision and surpassing its competitors.

• 4.3: Enhance Organizational leadership, culture and growth;

Outcome: Play Bangladesh will have stronger leaders, progressive management and decision-making structures.
